Typical accountabilities
As a Procurement Specialist in GSCE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day sourcing and contracting activity, in partnership with the Global and Regional Category Teams.
You will be expected to continuously learn through education, exposure, and experience and discover resources to help you build an individual development plan to advance your skillset with the guidance of your line manager and a dedicated buddy person.
You will be involved in Procurement work, you will master all aspects of Procurement, including sourcing, negotiations, analytics, contracting and more
Over time, you will be able to manage Global Source to Contract (GS2CE) projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, coordinating the activities of the project team, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

Essential
- University degree obtained within max 12 months or last-year student
- Motivated self-starter, eager to learn Procurement, work on tenders, negotiations, contracts and succeed
- Negotiation skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Relationship building skills

- Flexibility and fast adaptation to changing environment
- Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Time management and organizational skills
