Location: Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office
As the Operations Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal global role, consolidating manufacturing data and focusing on reporting aspects of finance. Your responsibilities will include coordination for month-end closing activities and facilitating a smooth planning process. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, contributing to the strategic financial decision-making process.
What You’ll Do:
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Streamline Master Data: Oversee and maintain master data and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Month-End Closing: Develop and coordinate efficient, standardized month-end closing processes across teams.
- Analyze Inventory: Conduct detailed inventory analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate across teams to enhance and streamline reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Global Coordination: Support global closing and planning processes for Operations, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
- Design Reporting Templates: Develop intuitive and impactful templates to simplify reporting and improve accessibility of insights.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Validate systems and data to maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Forecasting Support: Consolidate, report, and provide insightful commentary on forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct various ad-hoc data analyses to support business needs and uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional experience in finance and data analysis
- Deep understanding of financial processes
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Excel (Power Query and optimization skills are highly desirable)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop and coordinate business processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Creative and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work under time pressure and in changing circumstances
