Associate Director, Patient Services Neurology Strategy

As the Associate Director, Patient Services Neurology Strategy, based in either our Boston or New Haven office, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that enhance patient support. Reporting to the Senior Director of Neurology Patient Services & Strategy, your mission is to implement and manage key initiatives that ensure a seamless and successful patient journey. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including OneSource Support Specialists, Brand and Field Teams, IT, and Market Access, to understand patient needs and develop effective strategies. Accountabilities
- Providing comprehensive tactical support for Neurology product launches.
- Partnering with patient services colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure successful tactical pull-through of patient support and engagement strategies.
- Collaborating to implement new initiatives with coordinated training, materials, and communication.
- Supporting the development and refinement of start forms, work instructions, and call guides.
- Incorporating approved messaging from OneSource and Brand Marketing teams into patient communications.
- Driving omnichannel tactical pull through to improve patient support and engagement.
- Managing patient support programs including operations partnership and strategic improvements.
- Analyzing business performance using data sources to update and refine strategies.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with extensive industry knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in Patient Services.
- Patient centricity, positive mindset, and adaptability in a fluid environment
- Task-driven work ethic and proven ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative, independence, and healthy collaboration
- Excellent communication, customer management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading without direct authority and influencing at multiple organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset and strong presentation skills
- Understanding of legal compliance in patient services, including HIPAA, OIG, and CMS regulations.
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience with launch activities and readiness planning.
- Prior Patient Services experience in an operational or access role.
- Project management credentials with the proven ability to lead complex projects.
