In GBS Productivity and Project Services, we support this ambition by being trusted partners for delivery excellence and building long-term capabilities to efficiently drive internal business projects. Accountabilities
- People management – line lead a team of project managers, coordinators, and analysts, encouraging a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Business development – find opportunities to deliver savings and successful outcomes to internal customers, and advance as appropriate to the Project Services Director.
- Quality assurance – implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with standard process.
- Customer service – maintain relationships with customers in line with the customer relationship strategy and plan, ensuring our services delight our customers.
- Project management – manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Crucial Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Track record in leading projects of medium complexity
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in people management and developing and motivating teams
- Strong sense of customer service and customer engagement
- Experience in project and quality assurance practices
- Demonstration of strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable and skilled in operating in a sophisticated operational matrix organization across diverse, global teams
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Project Management Certification
- Change Management Certification
- Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines
