Introduction to role  
This Associate – Komodo Analytics role provides reporting and analytical expertise to the Commercial Organization, driving strategic and operational excellence. Acting as a hands-on data specialist and proactive internal consultant to a specific brand team, the role designs and supports commercial solutions that enable data-driven decisions based on rigorous analysis and the best available information. A high level of proficiency in syndicated and custom, primary and secondary data is required, working closely with Commercial Operations business partners to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. Accountabilities  
In this role, the Associate – Komodo Analytics will partner with Commercial Operations and brand teams to understand business questions and translate them into robust analytical approaches. Responsibilities include extracting, transforming and analyzing large, complex healthcare datasets (including claims, EMR and other patient-level data) to generate meaningful insights that inform strategy, performance tracking and optimization. The role will build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Qlik and Power BI, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate and relevant information at their fingertips. It will also involve designing and refining commercial measurement frameworks, supporting forecasting and opportunity assessments, and challenging assumptions with data-backed recommendations. The Associate will collaborate across functions, communicate findings clearly through presentations and visualizations, and continuously refine analytical methods to improve decision quality. Essential Skills/Experience  
Quantitative bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required in one of the following or related fields: Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics.  
Good communication and business interaction  
Good years of recent experience and proficiency with SQL  
Good working knowledge in data visualization tools (Qlik and Power BI)  
Experience in MS Office products - Excel and PowerPoint skills required.  
Good knowledge in IQVIA or Komodo data platform (preferably Prism or Sentinel)  
Good experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare analytics or secondary data analysis.  
Proficiency in manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources, such as Claims, EMR and other patient level data sets.  
Good in analytical thinking  
Expertise in managing and analyzing a range of large, secondary transactional databases is required. Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving ability. Should be able to grasp new concepts quickly.  
Ability to derive, summarize and communicate insights from analyses.  
Organization and time management skills  

Desirable Skills/Experience  
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a significant number of business leaders and cross-functional business partners.  
Strong communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and effectively present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered.  
Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous projects.
