Bachelor/Master Degree of Science or Business

           At least 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or related company.

            Good project management

            Good problem-solving skills

            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

            Excellent skill of PPT, Excel            

            Team work spirit

Marketing/business sense

ESM System management 50%

  • ESM business supporting administration, process execution, system designing and system optimization
  • Continuously optimize the user experience by improving ESM system, to build efficient and effective event management
  • Coordinate the cross functional effort on ESM BAU activities, conduct quarterly ESM meeting to review recent cases and improvement actions.
  • Working closely with Compliance, NS, finance, purchase, and other department to support ESM events compliance.
  • Provide training for new sales and other internal customer by needs.

Speaker pool management  30%

  • Managing 3rd party to set up effective speaker management process to ensure speaker validation quality.
  • Support compliance team in speaker pool usage and analysis.
  • Ensure speaker pools works seamlessly with ESM
  • Provide training for new sales and other internal customer by needs.

Insight report platform Management  20%

  • Approve for the new user account by using policy
  • Working closely with BISO team to optimization the ESM and Speaker report
