Senior Business Support Specialist
Business Support Specialist will provide a variety of business support in different projects to all R&D departments in Europe and NAM. Will act globally in fast-changing environment, will use modern solutions and digital tools and an excellent English on a daily basis.
Tasks may include support in different projects, processes and system, with usage of modern digital tools.
Typical Accountabilities
- Provides comprehensive support for R&D projects across Europe and NAM, such as Information and Presentation Design.
- Aids in administrative duties such as organizing business travel and managing expenses during peak workloads.
- Proactively identifies and resolves challenges associated with supported projects, while continually seeking opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Advocates for the use of modern digital tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Forms to enhance the "Digital R&D" environment.
- Consistently adheres to and fulfills all SLAs and KPIs established for the R&D Central Business Support Team.
- Ensures all activities align with AZ's rules, values, and behaviors.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
- Fluency in English (min B2)
- Prior business support or customer service type of experience
- Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Ability to follow complex, global processes
- Attention to details
- Experience of working in a fast-paced global environment balancing competing priorities
- Experience of working across functions and geographies
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially with local and global leaders
- Agility, flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business demands
- Good listening and learning skills
- Strong teamworking
Desirable:
- Experience in communication with high level stakeholders
- Adobe software skills
- Clipchamp knowledge
- Interest in graphic design
