Master or advance degree in science or clinical qualification, with relevant experience in clinical practice.
Bachelor degree major in clinical medicine pharmacology or other similar field, prefer to have strong
medical background or more than 2 year clinical experience in relevant therapeutically area

Experience with basic research, drug discovery, drug development and clinical practice
Demonstrated expertise in discussing scientific content with multiple types of audiences
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel (percentage varies with geography)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES/ 主 要 职 责
Maintains clinical/scientific expertise in disease state management, AZ brands,
emerging therapies, and the competitive landscape.
Demonstrates leadership and management qualities within and across Field team
and Therapeutic Area.
Acts as a subject matter expert/resource for internal customers.
Scientific Exchange (external):
Engages in target KOLs deliver appropriate clinical/scientific information specific to
AstraZeneca’s products and relevant therapeutic area.
Responds to unsolicited customer inquiries and provide focused and balanced
clinical / scientific information that supports the safe and appropriate use of
Provides scientific/clinical support and deliver data presentations for target KOLs
KOL identification and KOL engagement with Astrazeneca’s products and
compounds in development and TA new progress
Lead non-promotional scientific meeting to delivery new progress on product
relevant therapeutic area.
Customer Insight (external) :
Effectively identifies gathers, analyzes, synthesizes and forwards to internal
customers relevant new knowledge about the external scientific/medical/regulatory
Provides internal stakeholders with actionable items related to brand strategy and
clinical development based on customers’ perspectives.
Strategic Relationship (internal & external) :
Develops collegial relationships with medical and scientific experts, including
Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leader, consistent with Medical Affairs’
Identifies pre-clinical, clinical and post-marketing study investigators in alignment
with the Development Plan.
Provides information to investigator/potential investigators on the Investigator
Sponsored Study Program
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to enable medical
