Manager, HCP Marketing – Respiratory

What you’ll do
The Marketing manager contributes to the development and execution of marketing plans to improve the value of AstraZeneca's new inhaled respiratory product. This individual is responsible for leading HCP Marketing Strategy and Execution for all non-personal omni-channel campaigns working with Brand Leadership to drive brand performance in market.
Develop Launch HCP marketing plans and programs; define objectives, strategies, and resources needed to achieve financial and strategic goals.
Lead the HCP Marketing Omni-channel Strategy across customer segments (pulmonologists, primary care, and NP/PA)
Management of budget and agency partner relationships
Demonstrate ability to think strategically for impactful results
Establish strong alliance with all internal and external partners to create omni-channel experiences across all platforms.
Create program critical metric goals and measurement plan
Lead all Media planning and budget for HCP campaigns
Lead project management of all tactical promotional activity for HCP non-personal channels, including regulatory management and review of assets
Ability to clearly communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity to marketing and cross functional teams
Collaborate and lead without authority across functional areas; organize people, activities, communication & resources around a common goal and to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
Create sustainable, long-term relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups
Essential for the role
Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences;
3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience; preferably in a related industry
Experience in digital and non-personal HCP marketing
Experience managing complex projects at the project management level
Strong demonstration of HCP Marketing including creation of marketing assets and media channel planning
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical Market and ability to learn science quickly
Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and get results
