The Lokelma ® Supply Site (LSS) has recently remodeled office space to provide a pleasant office environment to support varying work styles and collaboration needs. The Lead Material Handler is responsible for the coordination and execution of warehouse and tank farm activities to include material receipt, sampling, stocking, documentation, and shipping of products; material staging and movement; delivery of customer non-inventory orders and all purchasing receipt functions in the SAP system. Responsible for all associated inventory receipt and shipping documentation as well as standard inventory reporting functions.
What you will do:
Lead team in prioritization of daily activities in the Tank Farm and Warehouse
Participate and lead investigations and resulting mitigations
Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation drafting to include reports, SOPs, Forms, and Standard Work documents
Training of Material Handlers
Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Experience fork truck driver (stand up reach truck)
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed – Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm OR 8 am to 5 pm 7 to 4 or 8 to 5 pm
MRP/ERP experience (SAP)
Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles
