We are establishing an internal consulting capability within our Global Business Services (GBS) Project Services group, focusing on delivering top-notch change management and communication capabilities to our enterprise organization.
Our vision is to create a global, enterprise change management and communications capability that drives business outcomes by addressing the ongoing internal demand for strong change management skills across the company. You will work closely with our project leaders as a change management expert and trusted advisor. Typical Accountabilities:
Change Management – Oversee and manage change initiatives of varying complexity and risk, ensuring the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization. Help build organizational change capabilities by delivering training to project teams.
Communications Planning – Craft and implement dynamic communication plans that ensure stakeholders are well-informed, engaged and aligned with organizational changes.
Stakeholder Engagement – Build stakeholder maps, perform impact analysis, maintain effective communication, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to exceeding expectations. Build and sustain strong relationships with project teams, senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. Develop innovative strategies that drive organizational change and foster continuous improvement.
External Insight – Participate in communities of practice with Change Management and Communication professionals to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proven track record of managing change initiatives of varying complexity and risk in a global organization.
Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies at a senior level in a global organization.
Significant experience and skill in presenting to senior management through written and verbal channels.
Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams.
Experience in considering risks, evaluating alternatives, and encouraging input from others to effectively make decisions and plan mitigation tactics.
Comfortable and skilled in operating in a complex operational matrixed organization across diverse, global teams.
Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environments.
Desirable Requirements:
Change Management Certification
Communications Certification
Management Consulting experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent global and complex organization; experience working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
