  • Job Summary   简 介

  • This role will act as the key contact person and business partner representing Finance in RHQ GZ, supporting the Regional Management Team and smooth operation of RHQ GZ. This position is expected to play various finance roles involving different finance process and dealing with all local financial activities.

  • Responsibilities 职 责

  • Business Partnering

  • Be local Finance Business Partner for RHQ GZ

  • Maintain sound local relationship with all relevant government authorities

  • Monitor and support in following up local subsidy

  • Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting

  • Responsible for local treasury related activities (e.g. overseas payments, etc.)

  • Involved in monthly closing and prepare/submit local statutory reports

  • Lead and implement RHQ GZ’s whole invoicing process, as well as occasionally supporting Ops billing cancelling approval process

  • Internal Control & Others

  • Assure effective internal control framework for RHQ GZ

  • Coordinate with outsourced tax service provider (e.g. EY) for local tax affairs

  • Other Ad hoc local activities

  • financial control related processes in line with global and regional requirements.

  • Monitor and provide constructive inputs regarding any deficiency in financial control and compliance.

  • Motivate and develop team with sound technical capabilities and desired AZ behavioral attributes as an integral component of the Controllership and the wider Finance community. Support succession planning over the longer horizon.

  • Academic / Professional qualification / 学 历 / 专 业 资 格

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related)

  • Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练

  • CICPA or ACCA preferred

  • Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )

  •              Essential     必 需       

  • Governance/Accounting/Treasury/Tax/Invoicing experience

  • 5~8 years

  • Experience in dealing with government authorities

  •              Desirable    理 想

  • Pharma/Medical device industry experience/Audit firm experience

  • Language ability / 语 言 能 力

  • Mandarin

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Computer literacy / 电 脑 知 识

  • Experts in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power point)

  • Experienced SAP/Concur use

  • Others / 其 他

  • Strong cross function/external communication skill and can work independently

  • Good conflict management skill
