As a Field Based Brand Manager, you will create and implement local strategy, lead the portfolio, and support the development of the strategic and plan for the Brand within the Marketing Company under the guidance of the Franchise Lead. Accountabilities
- Responsibility for marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement marketing and sales goals and build and maintain strong external relationships with KOL’s
- Key stakeholders management in terms of communication and creation of long-term relationships
- Management of promotional activities within your territory and customer accounts and lead innovate brand strategies to ensure success and patient-focused outcomes.
- Creation of holistic, motivating campaign experiences for multiple audiences across key touch points, to drive positive change in attitudes and behavior Ensuring that brand activities comply with global standards and align with patient perspectives.
- Implementation of a cross-functional account planning and customer engagement strategy for the Brand and regularly seeks cross-functional feedback to ensure it is functioning effectively and explores new and innovative approaches
- Creation of effective brand strategies, anticipating market changes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute cross-functional account planning and customer engagement strategies.
- Identification of priority target audiences and develop strategies to build the brand.
- Generate creative ideas and design compelling campaign experiences across multiple touch points.
- Use various communication channels to connect with target audiences.
- Execute campaigns flawlessly, optimizing progress for greater effectiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of AZ products, competitive products, and relevant selling skills.
- Perform all activities in accordance with AZ's Code of Ethics and relevant policies and patient safety and product quality standards.
Essential Skills/Experience
- University education preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy or Science
- Pharmaceutical marketing and/or KAM experience of minimum 3-4 years
- Marketing knowledge (product planning, market research, insights collection)
- Therapy area knowledge is preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Driving license
- Strategic & creative thinking
- Communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and argumentation skills
