We have a bold ambition to provide cures for cancer in every form. In four years, we have developed five new drugs in six tumor types. Through mechanisms of action such as immuno-oncology, tumor drivers and resistance, and DNA repair mechanisms, we contribute to patient well-being in the core therapeutic areas of lung, breast, ovarian cancer and hematology (malignant neoplasms).

Diagnostic & Healthcare Solutions Lead (f/m/d)
Develop, evaluate and deliver the national diagnostic strategy for the current and future Oncology products, play a role in shaping national policy
Development and implementation of innovative solutions to address pain points of the patient journey in oncology.
Co-creating solutions, partnership programs with hospitals, diagnostic companies and external stakeholders, early engaging with the marketing & sales teams in solution creation
Uncover challenges, and assess initial impact of solutions
Develop ad-hoc tools and processes to support the solution development and delivery for AZ launches and visions (e.g. lung ambition)
Generate diagnostics-related insight to shape national brand strategy and tactics
Assess different testing options and select and qualify diagnostic partners and testing labs
Identify and collaborate with national diagnostic and clinical opinion leaders to identify, design and execute activities to optimise the provision of diagnostics associated with the respective brands
Build collaborative partnerships with diagnostic companies, lab networks, KOLs and HCPs
Builds and strengthens relationships with Patient Advocacy groups
Support in-market registration / regulatory approval of future companion diagnostics / other testing solutions as required
Identify issues in current testing landscape and working with external stakeholders to develop solutions to remove or minimize diagnostic barriers to therapy use, e.g., by optimizing testing pathways
Lead and develop a small team of two experts
University degree in life sciences, medical or pharmacy degree
5+ years of experience of broad range of oncology diagnostic, pathology, and therapeutic marketing including launch experience
Proven experience with a broad base of external stakeholders including prescribers, payers, providers and track record of effective management of decision-making bodies and governance
Proven track record of developing compelling business cases
Strong leadership attributes to set direction, generate commitment, balance short and long-term needs, constructively resolve issues and develop people
Proven demonstration of effective cross-functional project team leadership
The starting salary for this position is from 70,000 EUR, - annual gross depending on experience. We offer our employees numerous benefits and comprehensive social benefits.
