Introduction to role:
Are you a professional with a strong technical background in Data Quality Management? We are seeking someone like you to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. This role involves close collaboration with data product owners and domain experts to understand data flows, set up initial data quality checks, and enhance existing tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to implement data quality standards for a new workstream.
Accountabilities:
As an Associate - Data Quality, you will be responsible for setting up data quality analysis, conducting routine assessments, supporting comprehensive report generation, resolving data issues, monitoring potential data issues for resolution, and supporting the documentation of relevant data solutions. You will be proactive in identifying potential data issues using data quality reporting tools, system reconciliations, and direct data analysis.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Background in data analysis and issue investigation in a complex data and system environment.
Good understanding of data quality and data management principles.
Proficient with SQL/Databricks.
Proactive, analytical, and investigative mindset.
Strong hold in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience with digital, multi-channel, and omni-channel marketing.
Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge.
Experience using data quality profiling and monitoring tools.
Experience of working in a complex global organization.
Data catalogue solutions e.g., Collibra.
